The officers have been each taken to a neighborhood hospital, one with minor accidents to his leg and the opposite to his foot, authorities stated. 

The alleged fleeing motorist was busted hours later, police stated.

Anas Rao, 20, of Flatlands, was charged with two counts of assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, possession of a solid instrument, vehicular assault and two counts of obstruction of governmental administration, the NYPD stated.

This was his first arrest, in accordance with police.
