£22m build-to-rent deal signed in Derby

Housing specialist Lovell and build-to-rent developer-operator Placefirst have signed a  £22M build-to-rent deal in Derby.

On the Castleward improvement there will probably be 33 single-family homes in addition to 79 flats, with the primary handovers being in Q1 in 2026. 

That is the fourth part of labor at Castleward, which sits alongside current multi-tenure developments within the space.
