69-Storey Westin Residences launches in Penang with 75% take-up
Penang’s actual property sector reached a brand new milestone as we speak with the official launch of the 69-storey Westin Residences Penang — the tallest residential constructing in northern Malaysia, designed with an earthquake-resistant construction.

In a press release distributed in the course of the launch, Westin Residences Penang group managing director, Datuk Yeoh Yih Sean stated the challenge builds on the success of earlier collaborations with Marriott Worldwide, together with the Penang Marriott Resort and Marriott Residences.
He added that the challenge has recorded a 75 per cent take-up charge since its gentle launch.
“This encouraging response is a transparent testomony to the rising demand for branded residences that present an elevated way of life and the companies of a trusted model,” he stated.
Yeoh stated that patrons can select from a variety of unit varieties, from 1,033 sq. toes (sq ft) to three,670 sq ft, with costs ranging from RM2,000 per sq ft.
