Some 104 single household rental properties will launch in Bilborough, Nottingham, in a scheme referred to as Chingford Meadows.

There shall be 70 three-bedroom properties and 24 four-bedroom properties.

The primary properties shall be delivered in 2026, with the scheme finishing by 2028.

The event comes from build-to-rent developer Placefirst, homebuilder Strata and Auxesia Houses.
