Some 277 properties have been authorised for improvement in Salford.
The event is being constructed on the previous Farmer Norton automotive park on Cleminson Road, as a part of the continued regeneration of the Crescent space of town.
It was submitted by ECF, a partnership between Houses England, L&G and nationwide placemaker Muse.

The plans for Farmer Norton Part 1 characteristic 42 three-bedroom properties, with Part 2 delivering 185 one, two and three-bedroom residences.
