In a loss for the Trump administration, an appeals court docket on Monday upheld a decrease court docket ruling disqualifying Alina Habba from her place as appearing U.S. legal professional for the District of New Jersey.
In a 32-page ruling, the third Circuit Courtroom of Appeals discovered that Habba’s appointment violates the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.
