During the extreme weather response, residents seeking warmth can access designated public facilities such as recreation centers and libraries during their standard operating hours.
Transportation support expands with an additional third overnight shuttle service added to the north route, connecting to homeless shelters.
Note that the Al Rashid Mosque, which often opens extra shelter spaces during severe winter weather, cannot provide them this time due to ongoing Ramadan observances.
