NATO is wrapping up it is assembly and most members are pledging to extend protection spending to counter threats posed by Russia. Among the many nations increasing their navy is Germany, which is aiming to area the most important military within the European Union with large funding. Our correspondent in Berlin exhibits us how Germany plans to perform that aim.
