The celebrity chef prepares for the grueling Ironman triathlon, which features a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.22-mile marathon. Over the weekend, Ramsay shared a topless photo from the Toronto Athletic Club pool in Canada via his Instagram Story.
He showcased his branded swim cap for the upcoming Ironman event in Costa Navarino, Peloponnese, Greece. A fitness watch snapshot revealed he completed 2,000 meters in 33 minutes.
Following Peaty’s Footsteps
Adam Peaty, a three-time Olympic gold medalist in breaststroke, married Ramsay’s daughter Holly on December 27, officially joining the family. Ramsay appears to channel Peaty’s swimming prowess in his endurance prep.

Ramsay recently shared on Gaby Roslin’s Reasons To Be Joyful podcast that Peaty calls him ‘Dad.’ He recounted: ‘He calls me dad. He messaged me and said “Hey dad, what have you got? Hey dad, are you around later?” And it’s just like, “Oh my God”. Incredible. And what a lovely couple. They are a dream for Tana and I.’
This bond gained attention after Peaty’s family fallout, where he excluded his parents from the wedding. Peaty’s aunt, Louise Williams, criticized the situation on Threads, highlighting sacrifices by Peaty’s father, Mark, a bricklayer who ‘worked his hands raw and bleeding’ to support his son’s swimming career.
She wrote: ‘Oh Adam your poor dad. How could you? That man literally worked his hands bloody in order that you could pursue your dream… He worked long long days as a brickie – a hard laborious back breaking job. He did it without moan or complaint.’
