Landlord scheme launched in Scunthorpe after false begin

A selective licensing scheme in Scunthorpe has launched following a failed landlord problem.

Landlords within the Crosby & Park and City wards should now have a license to lease their properties, costing a complete of £995 over a course of 5 years.

The revealing of the scheme hasn’t been easy, because it was initially as a result of launch on 20 March however was delayed after the Crosby Landlords’ Affiliation challenged the price of such a scheme.

It should run till March 2030.
