A 27-year-old girl was stabbed by a lunatic at a Chicago practice station Saturday evening — almost three months after Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was murdered by a pocketknife-wielding madman on Charlotte’s gentle rail system.

The sufferer was sitting on a bench on the UIC-Halsted Blue Line platform close to the College of Illinois Chicago round 11:14 p.m. when the alleged attacker plunged a knife into her chest, in accordance with the Chicago Police Division.
