In April 2025, NPR appeared on the influence of President Trump’s cuts to overseas support on HIV optimistic people in Zambia. Many have been falling sick with out entry to their HIV drugs. We returned to these individuals, in addition to others who maintain shut tabs on the HIV/AIDS scenario, to see the place issues stand now.
