Olivia Attwood has shared a heartfelt message confirming her separation from husband Bradley Dack, revealing she has been crying herself to sleep amid the emotional turmoil.

Relationship Background

The 34-year-old TV personality first connected with the 32-year-old professional footballer before her appearance on Love Island in 2017. After discovering his infidelity, Attwood joined the ITV reality show, where she gained fame and finished third alongside Chris Hughes. The pair dated briefly before parting ways, leading Attwood to reunite with Dack.

The couple tied the knot in June 2023 at the luxurious Bulgari hotel in Knightsbridge and settled in Cheshire. Recent speculation about their breakup intensified when Attwood announced her move back to London.

Candid Instagram Revelation

On Saturday, January 31, Attwood posted on her Instagram story, showing stacked boxes in her new space. She wrote: “I keep opening Instagram to post but I don’t know what to say or do? lol. Vulnerability is not my bag!!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark infested waters.”

She continued, expressing her struggles: “I cry myself to sleep then business as normal when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time, but also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that) (Taurus). I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I’m in over my depth for sure. I want to be happy. I want Brad to be happy. Just one day at a time. For both of us & anyone else who needs to read this. Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. PS. Thank you, I feel your love immensely.”

Days earlier, Attwood shared a video from her new London apartment, sitting on the floor with the caption: “That dream was planted in your heart for a reason.” She added: “2026.. a new home in the city I was born in.”

Professional Life

Attwood joined Loose Women as a regular panelist in August 2023 and co-hosted This Morning last year with Dermot O’Leary during Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley’s summer break. She also produces ITV documentaries, including Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich, which explored individuals selling sexual content online. The third series of Olivia Marries Her Match in 2023 documented her wedding preparations with Dack.
