For many years, World Images Day has celebrated how an image can typically convey greater than phrases ever might. First noticed on Aug 19, 1991, the day commemorates the invention of the daguerreotype, a photographic course of developed in 1837. Since then, images has advanced into a strong instrument for storytelling. To have fun the importance of the day, NPR invitations you to share the story behind your favourite picture you have got ever taken.
