Some 81% of tenants that hire from a person landlord are happy with the service they obtain. This compares to 73% of tenants who hire from a build-to-rent firm and 68% of these renting by way of a letting agent.
The findings come from a ballot of over 3,000 non-public renters throughout the UK.
