German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of waging a “hybrid struggle” on Germany.
“He’s waging an data struggle in opposition to us. He’s waging a army struggle in opposition to Ukraine and this struggle is directed in opposition to all of us,” Merz advised German broadcaster ntv on Monday.
Merz charged that the Russian President needs to show Europe’s political order the other way up.
