Southwark Council plans to offer 360 new council houses, greater than every other native authority in England.

Wates Residential will develop 4 websites: Wickway (Gloucester Grove Property), Bells Gardens Property and Lindley Property in Peckham and Wyndham Highway in Camberwell. Mount Anvil may even develop 4 websites; Seven Islands Leisure Centre and Crimson Lion Boys Membership in Rotherhithe, 1-36 Priter Highway and Beormund College in Bermondsey.
