The television personality embraced her role as a devoted mother, holding the napping toddler close during their outdoor meal under the California sun.
Osbourne opted for a distinctive style, pairing a simple black cardigan with a striking white furry hat and bold-framed glasses. She added flair with multiple gold chain necklaces and a vibrant one featuring plastic heart charms. Sidney, whom she shares with fiancé Sid Wilson, looked polished in a blue Ralph Lauren shirt. He savored his food before drifting off to sleep.

Sharon Osbourne’s Poignant Appearance at Music Event
Just two days earlier, on Thursday, Kelly’s mother Sharon Osbourne, 73, attended the Billboard Power 100 event alongside her son Jack, 40, marking six months since the passing of her husband Ozzy in July 2025 at age 76.
Sharon appeared composed in a sharp black pinstripe suit, while Jack coordinated in an all-black ensemble of blazer, shirt, and trousers. The family received widespread support following Ozzy’s death, which they described as an overwhelming loss beyond words. They joined a public funeral procession in Birmingham, where heartfelt tributes from fans deeply moved them.
Sharon accepted the Visionary Award from Clive Davis, Michelle Anthony, and Billboard’s Executive Director Leila Cobo. In her acceptance speech, she reflected on her career: ‘When I started in the music industry at the ripe old age of 15, I never set out to win awards for myself. My vision was always about helping extraordinarily talented people achieve greatness, and that’s always been my vision. I was drawn to artists who had that thing, that it factor that you can’t manufacture. It’s a God-given gift. There are many people in this industry that are so talented, but there’s a handful of artists who have greatness.’
Sharon had managed Ozzy’s career for decades and worked with acts like Motörhead and The Smashing Pumpkins.
Remembering Ozzy’s Final Moments
In December 2025, Sharon opened up about Ozzy’s death during an interview on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored YouTube show. She tearfully recounted the events, noting that Ozzy woke at 4 a.m. and passed away just 20 minutes later.
His last words to her were, ‘Kiss me. Hug me tight.’ Sharon discovered him collapsed in their home gym after an early workout, despite his ongoing health struggles including past bouts with pneumonia and sepsis. She rushed downstairs upon hearing commotion, where efforts to resuscitate him began immediately.
Sharon recalled, ‘He had a heart attack. I ran downstairs, and there he was, and they were trying to resuscitate him, and I’m like, “Don’t — just leave him. Leave him. You can’t. He’s gone.” I knew instantly he’d gone. And they tried and tried, and then they took him by helicopter to the hospital and they tried, and it’s like, “He’s gone. Just leave him.”‘
