The reality clip reveals a contrasting scene: Dawson in cozy long Christmas pajamas and eye masks, while Sarsfield focuses on a workout.

Recent Weight Loss and Holiday Reflections
Last month, Dawson shared that she gained 4lbs over the Christmas period but viewed it positively. In a candid video wearing workout gear, she told followers: ‘Hello, darlings. Honest to God, well, I’ve just come on me pezza [period]. Oh, I felt it this morning. It was like a Bloody Mary coming out of me. It was bloody awful. But, guys, I stepped on the scales this morning… last time I went on the scales, I was 11st 8. So I’m 11st 12 today… I’ve only put four pounds on, which is not that bad, and I’m on me pezza, and I’ve had Christmas. Chuffin hell.’
She added: ‘I’ve enjoyed myself and I don’t ever feel guilty for that.’
Dawson also posted a before-and-after swimsuit photo, showing she lost nearly two stone between July and December 2025. Promoting her Belleh Blaster diet plan, she captioned it: ‘Can really see a difference from these pics!!! Wowza so proud of myself.’
Setting a new goal, Dawson stated: ‘So I am gonna set myself a target to lose 1st in six weeks. By the end of January I want to lose one stone. I feel like I’m getting there… I’m actually back in my size 14 like clobber which is fabulous. So yeah, I’m setting myself a task to lose a stone in six weeks, I reckon I can do it.’
Dawson has also dismissed rumors of a split from Sarsfield following a night out in Manchester.
