Honkai Star Rail’s Version 4.0 update, titled ‘No Aha At Full Moon,’ launches on February 13, introducing a new planet, two five-star characters on the Elation path, diverse events, and a collectible card game mode.
New Playable Characters
Yao Guang joins as a five-star Physical support character on the Elation path. She enhances allies’ Elation damage and triggers the new Aha Instants mechanic, activating specific skills for other Elation characters. This makes her essential for Elation-focused teams.
Sparxie follows in early March as a five-star Fire damage dealer on the Elation path. She boosts team critical damage and delivers barrages of Elation damage by consuming skill points, pairing ideally with Yao Guang.
Explore Planarcadia
The update expands the universe with Planarcadia, a vibrant new planet. Players head to Duomension City to compete in the Phantasmoon Games, where the top prize offers an audience with a god and a one-minute chance to become an Aeon.
Cosmicon Collective Card Game
A standout feature is the ‘Cosmicon Collective’ collectible card game. Players challenge opponents worldwide to unlock cards featuring characters, monsters, and iconic figures from Honkai Star Rail, building powerful decks.
Additional Events
Other events include a magazine management simulation, a 2D side-scrolling platformer for varied gameplay, and an expansion to the popular Currency Wars mode.
