Speaking to Israel’s Kan News on Sunday, Trump stated he reviewed the 14-point proposal submitted by Iran late last Thursday and found it unacceptable. He hinted at this position earlier on social media, noting that Iran ‘has not yet paid a big enough price for what they have done to Humanity, and the World, over the last 47 years.’

The US plan, outlined in nine points, seeks a two-month extension of the fragile ceasefire established last month. In contrast, Iran demands resolution within 30 days.
