Filming Underway for Next Season of Popular Farming Series
Production has officially commenced for the sixth season of the hit series Clarkson’s Farm, with Prime Video and Jeremy Clarkson confirming the news via a social media video. This announcement follows a dramatic cliffhanger in the fifth season’s finale, which revealed Clarkson’s prostate cancer diagnosis.
Clarkson Shares Positive Health Update
Speaking in a personal Instagram reel, Jeremy Clarkson has reassured fans about his well-being. “The observant among you will have noticed that… well, I’m not dead,” he humorously stated. “And, I’m not just not dead, I’m perfectly fine… and the reason why I’m fine is because the doctors caught the prostate cancer early.”
Clarkson elaborated on his experience, telling The Times that he considers himself “the world’s luckiest man.” He recounted a harrowing hospital admission during the season 5 finale, attributing it to a decision to stop taking heart medication during his cancer treatment. “Big mistake, huge,” he admitted, detailing an emergency that resulted from this choice.
Season 6 Production Details Emerge
The confirmation of season 6 filming comes after hints from the show’s official Facebook page regarding various production challenges. These hurdles have reportedly included breaks in filming, positive tuberculosis test results, and extensive rainfall earlier in the year. The show’s Facebook page indicated that season 6 is slated for a summer 2027 release.
Early Detection Emphasized
Clarkson highlighted the critical importance of regular health screenings, particularly for prostate cancer. He shared that a Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test in April 2026 indicated no evidence of cancer. His candid discussion aims to encourage others to prioritize their health and seek timely medical attention.
