Miguel Martinez, 20, of Oceanside, LI, was charged with reckless endangerment, obstruction of governmental administration and felony trespass within the brazen incident that unfolded round 7 p.m., authorities mentioned.
Footage obtained by The Submit reveals the masked Martinez nonchalantly strolling backwards and forwards alongside the gangway of the tramway’s 250-feet-tall help tower on the Manhattan facet.
At one level, he descends and climbs a collection of brief ladders on the tower and makes his means out onto an I-beam barely vast sufficient to accommodate his ft, the nail-biting video reveals.
