Katie Price Reveals Swollen Face After Lip Filler Correction Surgery
Katie Price recently shared an update showcasing her swollen face and lips following corrective surgery to address migrated lip fillers. The former glamour model traveled to Brussels for the procedure aimed at removing scar tissue that had formed due to the filler’s migration.
The 48-year-old displayed her bruised and swollen appearance in a social media post on Sunday, prompting well-wishes from concerned fans. One follower commented, “Ouch, wishing you a speedy recovery.” Price, who has a history of extensive cosmetic procedures including rhinoplasty, facelifts, veneers, and Botox, had previously highlighted the issue of her lip filler creating bumps and scar tissue above her natural lip line.

Shortly after the surgery, Price posted a video from her hotel room, discussing her recovery and promoting CBD products. “Before you start, I know what I look like,” she stated, explaining the current swelling. “Yesterday I was in Brussels, and I had all of the scar tissue taken out of my lips, so they’re really swollen at the moment.” She credited CBD for helping with pain and sleep during her recovery.
Earlier in the week, Price had revealed her intention to have the lip filler bumps addressed. In a Facebook video, she described her lips as appearing “huge” due to swelling but anticipated they would return to normal. She pointed out the imperfections, stating, “This will be sorted this week. All of that.” She also expressed dissatisfaction with her current lip size, remarking, “My lips look so thin, I hate it. They look too thin, look. I’ve got nothing in them. They make my teeth look massive.”

Meanwhile, Price’s husband, Lee Andrews, 43, has also been in the spotlight following his release from prison. He recently shared an Instagram video featuring an AI filter that gave him a new, fuller head of hair, seemingly addressing his own insecurities about thinning hair. This follows a salon visit in Dubai and a rapid hair regrowth since his release from prison with a buzzcut just six days prior.
Andrews described his new look as a “massive reinvention” and a “wet through messy look.” His disappearance and subsequent arrest in Dubai on fraud allegations, which he disputes, claiming he was captured at gunpoint and suspected of espionage, had previously generated significant public attention.
Andrews has maintained his innocence regarding fraud allegations, expressing frustration with his ex-fiancée, Dina, for spreading what he calls a false story. He detailed an alleged incident where he was taken at gunpoint to the Qatar border. The focus of public discussion, however, has also been on his dramatic hair transformation, with many speculating about the methods used.
Dina, who had previously warned Price about her husband, has reportedly refused to comment publicly on the situation. However, Andrews reiterated his claims in a recent social media post, insisting there is no evidence of him taking out a mortgage in anyone else’s name, specifically referencing Dina.
