A Florida lawyer has been charged with knocking out an aged passenger on board a Norwegian Cruise ship, in accordance with authorities.

Married father of two Phillip Ortiz, 38, allegedly attacked the 67-year-old man on the Norwegian Cruise Line Encore after he informed him that he couldn’t go down a hallway that was restricted to different passengers on the time.

He pleaded not responsible on Sunday — and his lawyer, Stephan Lopez, blamed the sufferer, who he claimed had been drunk and blocking Ortiz and his spouse from reaching their kids.

“The so-called aged individual is greater [and] stronger than my consumer,” Lopez informed Folks journal in a press release.
