NAVER Corporation delivered solid Q4 2025 results, with revenue climbing 10.7% year-over-year to 3.2 trillion Korean won. Operating profit rose 12.7% to 610.6 billion won, fueled by robust growth in e-commerce and fintech segments.

Q4 2025 Financial Highlights

The company posted sales of 3.2 trillion won in the October-December quarter, reflecting steady demand across key platforms. Operating income increased to 610.6 billion won from 542 billion won a year earlier. Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company stood at 318.1 billion won, down from 553.9 billion won due to a high prior-year base effect from one-off gains.

Full-Year 2025 Performance

For the entire 2025 fiscal year, NAVER achieved record revenue of 12.035 trillion won, up 12% from 2024. Operating profit reached 2.208 trillion won, also advancing 12%. Annual net profit totaled 1.82 trillion won, a 5.8% decline amid strategic investments.

Segment Breakdown

E-commerce sales surged 36% to 1.05 trillion won, driven by global expansion. Fintech revenue grew 13% to 453.1 billion won, supported by smart store platform enhancements. Search platform sales dipped 0.5% to 1.05 trillion won, while content revenue fell 2.3% to 456.7 billion won. Enterprise sales declined 3.2%.

Strategic Focus and Outlook

NAVER emphasized AI integration across advertising, commerce, and content to boost competitiveness. Officials highlighted ongoing investments in AI infrastructure, content creation, and delivery services. The company plans expanded shareholder returns through a new three-year program, prioritizing long-term growth.

Search-platform advertising grew 5.6% for the year, with e-commerce revenue jumping 26%. NAVER positions AI-powered personalized services as a key driver for future revenue acceleration.
