A Manchester United Premier League champion created a personal “hall of fame” in his luxurious mansion, which drew playful mockery from former teammates.

Tevez’s Time at Old Trafford and Beyond

Carlos Tevez secured his first Premier League title with Manchester United before transferring to rivals Manchester City, earning him the label of public enemy number one among fans. During his stint at United, Tevez forged strong bonds with teammates Park Ji-Sung and Patrice Evra.

Tour of the Opulent Home

Tevez invited Park and Evra for an exclusive tour of his mansion. The group started in a spacious reception area featuring comfortable sofas, then descended to a casino-like space. There, they passed through a tunnel showcasing highlights from the Argentine forward’s career.

Patrice Evra reacted with humor upon spotting a Manchester City shirt in the display, quipping, “Why are you wearing that f***ing City shirt?” The comment sparked laughter among the three ex-Red Devils.

Resort-Style Amenities

Beyond the hall of fame, the mansion boasted a resort-inspired swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs, rocks, and palm trees, impressing the visitors.

Evra Reflects on Tevez’s City Move

Evra has described Tevez’s departure to Manchester City as deeply painful. “It was heartbreaking. I couldn’t believe it,” Evra stated. “It was after the Champions League final and he didn’t start. He had a beef with Ferguson. Tevez was like ‘They didn’t offer me nothing’. I saw it on holiday. Boom! Tevez is joining Manchester City.”

Evra continued, “I called him and said, ‘I’m going to kill you, I’m going to break your legs, Carlito’. This was too painful. It was difficult to swallow. But I think this was a payback to Sir Alex Ferguson.”

He added, “That’s why I was disappointed, because at the end, you will never know the true story. We paid the price heavily. If Tevez didn’t sign for City, I don’t think they would even start winning one league. You feel betrayed, but he is still my brother. You have to respect his choice.”
